The 93 Engine was dispatched at 6:18PM this evening for a large amount of black smoke in the area. Upon arrival, Chief 93 found the incident to be in Duryea. An old abandoned coal breaker office building had been fully involved at this time, and defensive operations began setting up. Chief held all 93 units at the station until Duryea Fire command requested both engines to respond in and assist with water supply. Upon arrival the 93 Engine dropped manpower and equipment off creating the initial water supply while other members assisted at the scene. The 93 Engine was assigned with shuttling water to the scene for the duration of the fire. The 93 Engine responded with a crew of 6 and operated for roughly 2 hours.
